To process your request, you must provide an unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. The video should clearly show the package, the opening process, and the product inside without any cuts or edits.

Unfortunately, claims submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be accepted, as it is required to verify transit damage or shipping issues.

If your claim is verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or another appropriate solution.
