For complete details, please refer to the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website.
13. Order Cancellation
Cancellation may generally be requested before production or processing of an order has commenced.

Where cancellation is accepted after payment, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

Where account registration is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account.
You should notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorisation.
